Miss Oklahoma
2 ounces Shattuck Barrel Finished Gin
½ ounce Sweet Vermouth
¼ ounce Dry Vermouth
¼ ounce Maraschino Liqueur
Dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Add ingredients to ice filled stirring glass (or use the base of your cocktail shaker) and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass and serve neat. Or use your cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. We won’t judge. Serve neat.

Panhandle Martini
1 ½ ounces Shattuck Barrel Aged Gin
¾ ounce Dry White Vermouth
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish with Lemon Twist
Add ingredients to ice filled stirring glass (or use the base of your cocktail shaker) Stir.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist

Shattuck Bebbo
2 ounces Shattuck Barrel Aged Gin
2/3 ounces Honey Water (3 parts honey to 1 part hot water, cool before using)
¾ ounce Blood Orange Juice
¾ ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Garnish with Orange Zest Twist
Shake all ingredient with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Twist the peel over the glass to release the citrus oils onto the surface of the drink. Drop the peel into the glass as a garnish.

Great Plains Gimlet
2 ounces Shattuck Barrel Aged Gin
1 ounce Cranberry Juice
¾ ounce Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
½ ounce Simple Syrup
Ice
Garnish with Fresh Cranberries and Lime
Mix the Shattuck Barrel Aged Gin, cranberry and lime juices and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Add fresh cranberries and lime slice as a garnish.

Shattuck Zephyr
3 ounces Shattuck Dry Gin
1 ounce FLTR vodka
½ ounce Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano
1 Lemon Twist
Add the gin, vodka and Lillet blanc to an ice filled cocktail shaker.
Shake for 20 to 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Rub the twist of the lemon along the rim of the glass then drop into the glass as a garnish.

Shattuck Negronic
2 ounces Shattuck Dry Gin
1 ounce Red Vermouth
2 ounces Good Quality Tonic Water
Lemon Zest Twist
Pour ingredients into an ice filled glass (large cube is preferable) and stir briefly to combine. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.

The Shattuck Casino
1 ½ ounces Shattuck Dry Gin
½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
½ ounce Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain into glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Shattuck The Door
2 ounces Shattuck Dry Gin
4 ounces Tomato Juice
½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 grinds of Black Pepper
2 pinches of Celery Salt
Garnish with a skewer of beef jerky or celery stalk or both and a lemon or lime wedge
Salt and pepper the rim of the glass. Roll rather than shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass rimmed with salt and pepper and filled with ice.
Vodka Recipes

The Sampson
2 ounces FLTR Vodka
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces soda water
Fresh basil or mint leaves for garnish
Combine FLTR Vodka, lemon juice and syrup in cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda water and garnish with basil or mint leaves. No shaker? No problem! You can build this drink directly in the glass.

The Eclipse
1.5 ounces FLTR Vodka
½ ounce Blue Curacao
2 ounces cranberry Juice
1/ ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 oz club soda
Ice
Mint leaves for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the FLTR Vodka, cranberry juice, blue curacao, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice filled glass. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

The Vodkatini
2 ½ ounces FLTR Vodka
¼ ounce dry vermouth
Lemon zest twist or chilled green olive
Pre-chill a martini glass. Shake or stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into the chilled glass. Twist the lemon peel over the glass to release citrus oils onto the surface of the drink. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish. Or garnish with a chilled green olive (or 2).

The Shattuck Shot
1.5 ounces of FLTR vodka
3 ounces chilled beef bouillon or beef consommé
1 dash lemon juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot pepper sauce (red vinegar based ie: tabasco)
1 pinch salt
1 grind black pepper
Lemon wedge for garnish (or use a skewer of beef jerky)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the FLTR vodka and chilled bouillon or consommé. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire and hot sauces and salt. Shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with a grind of black pepper and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Whiskey Recipes

Shattuck Smash
2 ounces Dennis Gene Bourbon Whiskey
¾ ounce simple syrup
3 lemon wedges
4 mint leaves (extra for garnish)
Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker. Add the Dennis Gene Bourbon Whiskey, mint leaves and ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a tumbler over ice. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Dennis Gene Old Fashioned
2 ounces Dennis Gene Bourbon Whiskey
¼ ounce brown sugar syrup (2 parts Demerara or Muscovado sugar to 1 part water)
3 dashes Angostura Aromatic bitters
Orange zest twist to garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass (preferably a large cube).
Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to release citrus oils then use as a garnish.

Dad's Grilling
1 ½ ounces Dennis Gene Bourbon Whiskey
1 ounce Honey Whiskey Liqueur
1 ounce BBQ water (equal amount of your favorite BBQ sauce mixed with an equal amount hot water. Cool before using)
¾ ounce fresh orange juice
3 ounces wheat beer (German hefeweizen style) for garnish
Pour the Dennis Gene, Honey Whiskey Liquor, orange juice and BBQ water into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add the 3 ounces of beer to the shaker and shake until foamy. Spoon the foam on top of the cocktails to garnish.

Night Vision
2 ounces Dennis Gene Bourbon Whiskey
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 ounces carrot juice
½ ounce honey water (3 parts honey to 1 part hot water, cool before using)
Add ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled glass.
